Intensive Therapy

Many people reach a point in therapy where something still feels stuck.
You’ve gained insight, you understand your patterns, but despite weekly sessions, the same feelings and behaviors keep resurfacing. It’s not that therapy “isn’t working” — it’s that you may need more focused time and space to truly go deeper.

What Is an Intensive?

Intensive Therapy is a one- to three-day immersion designed to help you work through core issues in a concentrated, supportive way.
Instead of spreading the work out over months, we set aside dedicated time to focus on what matters most: the experiences, patterns, or wounds that are ready for healing now.

How It’s Different From Weekly Therapy

Traditional weekly sessions can be incredibly helpful, but the limited time often means we’re just settling in when the hour is over.
In an intensive, we don’t have to rush. We can stay with what comes up, follow it to the root, and give your mind and body enough space to process, integrate, and shift. This extended time together often allows for deeper breakthroughs than are possible in a standard 50-minute session.

What the Process Looks Like

Each intensive is thoughtfully structured around your needs, but often includes:

  • Extended therapy sessions with clear goals for the day

  • Guided reflection and grounding practices

  • Integration breaks so your nervous system can rest and reset

  • A focus on one key area (for example: trauma, grief, attachment patterns, anxiety, or relational wounds)

  • A personalized plan for how to continue the work after the intensive

You’ll know exactly what to expect, and we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, intentional, and compassionate.

What Can Change

Clients often leave intensives describing a sense of:

  • Feeling lighter and less weighed down by the past

  • Greater clarity about their patterns and choices

  • Deeper connection to themselves and their needs

  • Practical tools they can use in daily life to stay grounded and continue healing

While no single experience can “fix everything,” an intensive can create meaningful momentum — the kind that continues long after our time together ends.

A Gentle Invitation

If you’re feeling ready for deep, focused work — beyond what’s possible in weekly sessions — an Intensive Therapy experience might be a good next step.
